Do I need to be home when you clean?

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we can access your property safely, we'll clean your windows and let you know when we're done.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, standing order, and card payments. Payment is due after each clean, and we can set up automatic payments for your convenience.

What if it rains after you've cleaned?

Rain actually helps keep your windows clean! We use purified water which leaves no residue, so rainwater simply runs off clean glass.

Yes, we carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind. We're also fully trained in working at height safely.

When we carry out your roof clean we will place a ladder against the frame of the conservatory so we can gain access to the roof panels. We will then use pump sprayers to apply a non – caustic chemical (viro-sol) to the finial, frames and panels.

We then use our reach and wash system to scrub and rinse the roof clean.
